“Exploring and furthering the conversation of Christianity and other faiths with psychology rooted in the work of C. G. Jung in order to foster health and wholeness in ourselves and our world.”
WELCOME to Journey Conferences™!
–an initiative sponsored by The Seeds for Jubilee Foundation which has hosted conferences and online webinars presented by subject-matter experts since 2007. Its ongoing aim is to create and foster a community interested in how the psychology of C.G. Jung might deepen one’s own spiritual experience and practices which includes one’s relation to the larger world.
While Jung’s work began with his own experience of Christianity, it broadened and deepened in a way that continues to be useful to those from all spiritual backgrounds. Jung’s own pilgrimage demonstrates a psychological and spiritual pattern that can help each one of us experience the uniqueness of our own nature in order to become our “true self — the fulfilment of the seed planted in us at our making.” [Appleton].
Still, and especially today, psychology rooted in Jung’s work provides a psychological foundation for understanding ourselves individually and collectively, including the human’s relation to the natural world. Throughout the years, conference attendees discovered themselves delighted and surprised by meaningful revelations, by unforeseen opportunities for personal transformation and by remarkable kinship and community.
We hope you will benefit in similar ways as you take part in upcoming programs designed to aid the furthering of our personal and collective Moving Toward Wholeness™.
